Mr Lionel oversees the conveyancing department in Tzedek Law LLC.

He has specialised in this field since entering practice as a lawyer. He has experience dealing with a wide portfolio of conveyancing and property-related work, ranging from residential properties (condominium units, landed properties, HDB), commercial and industrial units, as well as part-share purchases.

For the vast majority of these property-related deals, he has also acted on behalf of the CPF Board and most banks in Singapore.In addition, Lionel regularly gives lectures and seminars to various property agencies and speaks at their events, educating clients on the ever-changing regulations impacting the property industry.

Ms Sherrie is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law. She specialised in property law and litigation, and also been lauded as a “trailblazer” by The Business Times for the commercial work that she has been involved in.

She has experience in advising clients across a broad range of matters, including retail and corporate conveyancing, civil disputes, contentious and non-contentious probate, criminal offences etc. In addition to that, she also has litigation experience in both the High Court and the State Court, having been involved as lead counsel in both civil and criminal matters.
